Government has given the good news to the employee. Union Minister Aswini Vaishnaw announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the 8th pay commission, due to that millions of employee happy.
Due to this decision the central government employees and pensioners will get direct benefit and their life problem can be solved. 8th pay commission will boost the life of central government employee and pensioner. It will also help to balance the inflation and daily living cost.
How Much Salary Will Increase under 8th Pay commission.
Let me tell you that the pay commission comes after every 10 years previously it was implemented in 1 January 2016 and now it will end 1 January 2026. In 8th pay commission around 1crore employee including pensioners will get the benefit.
8th pay commission will help the central government employee and pensioner to improve their life and will help to boost the financially.
How Much Salary was increased in 7th Pay commission
7th pay commission was implemented in January 2016 and under 7th pay commission salary increased 2.57 time of basic salary. Under 7th pay commission basic salary is Rs. 18000, but all employee was not happy with this salary.
8th Pay Commission Salary Expectation
Actually from long time employee asking from government to change the pay matrix but government has not approved. Last time government given 2.57 times of the basic salary. But this time employee asking minimum 3 times of basic.
