Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers, including Emergency Commissioned Officers (ECOs) and Short Service Commissioned Officers (SSCOs), who have rendered at least five years of Military Service as on 01.05.2025 and have been released:

After submitting application, automatically redirect to payment page, click on the fee and pay the application fee and take print out the receipt.
