IDBI has invited the application for the Assistant Manager. This is not a direct recruitment. For this post candidate have to join PGDBF course after completion of course candidates will join as an Assistant Manager in Various department of IDBI Bank.

IDBI Bank has a tie-up with U-next Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (UMGES), Bengaluru and Nitte Education International Private Limited (NRIPL) Grater Noida to provide training in Banking and Finance to prospective aspiring to join IDBI Bank.

IDBI Bank invites application from young, Dynamic Graduates for 1year Post graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) comprising of 6months of classroom studies at the respective campus, 2 months Internship and 4 months of on Job Training (OJT) at IDBI Bank Branch/Offices/Centers. After the successful completion of course, candidates will be inducted into IDBI Bank as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘o’) subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria as stated in this advertisement and after completion of Internship.

This recruitment is for admission to the IDBI-PGDBF program conducted by Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru, and Nitte Education International Pvt. Ltd. (NEIPL), Greater Noida.

Selection for the Junior Assistant Manager (Grade “O”) position at IDBI Bank is subject to meeting eligibility requirements, including age and educational qualifications.

Eligible candidates can apply online through the link available on the Bank’s official website.

IDBI Bank conducts recruitment on an all-India basis through open competition. The Bank has not authorized any agency, organization, or individual to recommend, recruit, or collect money/charges for recruitment, training, or coaching.

Institutes will be allocated to selected candidates based on merit and availability, following a best-effort basis approach.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification approved by the Government of India.

A diploma alone will not be considered sufficient to meet the eligibility criteria.

Candidates should have basic computer proficiency.

Proficiency in the regional language will be preferred.

How to Apply Online?

Before start of filling-up of application through online mode, the candidates should keep ready the following documents/details:

  • Valid Email Id and mobile number for proper communication. It suggested to provide personal email id and mobile number.
  • Scan copy of recent passport size colour Photograph (Photo should be recent), signature, experience certificate, mark sheet, cast certificate etc.

Step By Step Guide to Apply Online Application:

  • Candidates visit the official website of IDBI Bank https://www.idbibank.in/.
  • Click on the “Career” after that click on the “Current Opening”

  • Click on the Junior Assistant Manager through PGDBF.

  • Click on Apply Online.

  • Fill all required details, write the name, date of birth, and contact details for one-time registration.

  • After that a provisional Registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen and same send to Email Id and Mobile Number.

  • After the successful registration Candidates have to re-login and fill all the details and Upload all required documents like photo, Signature, certificate etc.

  • After submitting application, automatically redirect to payment page, click on the fee and pay the application fee and take print out the receipt.

  • After submitting the application, candidates take printout of the application for future reference.

Selection Process & Syllabus

The selection process consists of an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview for candidates who qualify in the online test. The online test will be objective in nature, with the following details:

Key Points of the Selection Process:

Online Test Eligibility:

Applicants will be called for the Online Test based on the details provided in their online application form.

The information provided will be verified later during the selection process.

Negative Marking:

For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks (one-fourth of the assigned marks) will be deducted.

No penalty for questions left unanswered.

Personal Interview:

Candidates who pass the Online Test will be called for a Personal Interview (PI).

The number of candidates selected for the interview will be at IDBI Bank’s discretion.

Interview marks: 100

Minimum qualifying marks:

50% for General/EWS candidates

45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates

Candidates can choose to answer interview questions in Hindi or English.

Final Selection:

Candidates who qualify in the Personal Interview will be considered for final shortlisting based on merit.
