Educational Qualification
Candidates must passed the Intermediate/10+2 or relevant qualification from State Government Recognition Institutes.
How to Apply Online?
Before start of filling-up of application through online mode, the candidates should keep ready the following documents/details:
Valid Email Id and mobile number for proper communication. It suggested to provide personal email id and mobile number.
Scan copy of recent passport size color Photograph (Photo should be recent), signature, experience certificate, mark sheet, cast certificate etc.
Candidates visit the official website of Bihar Government https://csbc.bihar.gov.in.
Under the Advertisement click on “Apply Online”.
Fill all the details and summit. After submitting a Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated. And same sent to the Candidates mail and SMS.
Candidates will have login with registration number and password.
Candidates have to fill all details carefully and upload some important documents like Photo, signature etc.
After submitting application, automatically redirect to payment page, click on the fee and pay the application fee and take print out the receipt.
After submitting the application, candidates take printout of the application for future reference.
Selection Process
Written Test:
The written examination will be of 100 marks. There will be a question paper of 2 hours duration in which 100 questions will be asked and 1 mark will be given for each correct answer.
In the written examination, the candidates must score at least 30 marks. If any candidate scores less than 30 marks, he/she will be declared failed and will not be called for the next test.
Based on the number of candidates in the written examination and 5 times the number of posts mentioned in the notification, 5 times more candidates will be called for physical efficiency test.
Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
All the students who pass the written examination will be called for Physical Standard Test and it will be mandatory for all those students to pass the Physical Standard Test
Physical efficiency test will be of 100 marks in which height, chest and weight will be measured, for which no marks will be given.

Document Verification
All the candidates who pass the Physical Efficiency Test will be called for document verification in which all will have to first submit age proof, reservation certificate and education certificate.
Medical Examination
After successful verification of documents all candidates will be called for medical examination and it is mandatory for all to pass the medical examination.
