Fox’s Special Forces Season 4 Cast Is a Total Shock
Get ready for another intense season of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test! Season 4 of the hit reality competition show is coming back on Thursday, September 25 at 9 p.m. ET on Fox, and this time, the celebrity cast is bigger and bolder than ever.
In this show, famous faces from TV, sports, and social media leave behind their comfortable lives and take on some of the toughest physical and mental challenges they’ve ever faced. There are no votes, no eliminations, and no breaks. It’s just about surviving – pushing through pain, fear, and exhaustion to prove they have what it takes.
This season features 18 new celebrity recruits, and the list is full of surprises
Big Names, Big Risks
Leading the pack is Teresa Giudice, star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She’s known for drama and glamor, but this time, she’s trading designer heels for combat boots. Joining her is her daughter Gia Giudice, who recently appeared on Bravo’s Next Gen NYC.
From the world of music and controversy, Jussie Smollett — actor and singer — is stepping up to prove himself in the ultimate survival test.
The Bravo family is well represented this season. Brittany Cartwright from The Valley and Eva Marcille, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, are both taking part. They’re ready to step out of the reality TV spotlight and into the battlefield.
Social Stars & Reality TV Favourites
Joining the team are well-known social media personalities like Mark Estes and Brianna LaPaglia (known as “Brianna Chickenfry” online). Also appearing is Kody Brown from Sister Wives, known for his complex family life and unique lifestyle.
These stars are used to being on screen, but now they’ll be dealing with extreme heat, fear, and exhaustion — with no scripts and no filters.
Star Athletes Put to the Test
Season 4 also includes some big names from the sports world:
Christie Pearce Rampone, a World Cup soccer champion
NFL stars Randall Cobb, Erick Decker, Andrew East, and Johnny Manziel
Nick Young, NBA Champion
Shawn Johnson East, Olympic Gold Medalist gymnast
These athletes may be used to competition, but this show pushes them far beyond any field or court.
Entertainment Stars Join the Battle
Also joining the lineup:
Jessie James Decker, a popular country singer
Chanel Iman, supermodel and fashion icon
Ravi V. Patel, actor known for both comedy and drama roles
This wide range of talent will all go through the same intense training — whether they’re athletes, singers, models, or actors.
Brutal Challenges Await
This season’s tasks are more extreme than ever. Some of the wild challenges include:
Searching for supplies in a deserted village while racing against the clock
Crawling through dark, narrow tunnels in complete fear
A terrifying water drill where they must escape from a submerged plane shell
Crossing a narrow ladder between two buildings — 50 feet above city streets!
And that’s just the beginning.
The show is filmed in harsh desert terrain, making every challenge even more grueling. There’s no luxury, no help, and no way to quit easily. These stars must get used to being uncomfortable — very uncomfortable.
No Votes, No Glam, No Mercy
Unlike other reality shows, Special Forces doesn’t rely on drama or voting. There are no eliminations — just people pushing themselves to their absolute limits. If someone can’t continue, they have to quit on their own.
There are no fancy hotels, no makeup artists, and no social media breaks. Just hard work, sweat, and survival.
Produced by Minnow Films, the show is led by executive producers Becky Clarke, Liam Humphreys, and Dave Sutton.
Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test returns this fall with more action, more drama, and more real-life struggle than ever before. Will your favorite star survive — or tap out?
