Mahindra Speeds up Deliveries of BE 6 and XUV 9e in India
There were some issues in the beginning with the delivery of Mahindra BE 6 and EXV 9e, due to which customers were very upset. But Mahindra has solved this problem and has normalized the delivery of BE 6 and EXV 9e. According to the report, it is said that there were problems in the delivery of EV vehicles earlier, due to which customers were unhappy. Mahindra’s President of the Automobile Division said that before the delivery of XEV and 9E, it was necessary to update the vehicle software, that’s why there was a delay in delivery, but now this problem has been solved.

Let us tell you that according to the report of Economic Times, from March 2025 till now, a total of 4000 units of vehicles have been delivered, out of which 238 units faced a software patch update problem. He said that the first batch of EVs which was sent to the dealers, only that batch faced a delay in delivery to the customers. After that, all the batches were sent with updated software which did not need any patch.

The company’s president said that there was no such technical problem in BE 6 or EXV 9e which needed to be fixed. Actually, the matter was that the company was working on the safety features of the EV vehicles and wanted to make them safer than before.

Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e come in two variants
Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e come in two variants – Standard-Range RWD and Long-Range RWD.
The Standard variant has a 228 hp and 380 Nm motor with a 59 kWh LFP battery pack, while the Long-Range variant has a 282 hp and 380 Nm motor with a 79 kWh LFP battery pack.
The BE 6 Standard variant can go 557 km on a full charge, and the Long-Range variant can go 683 km.
The XEV 9e Standard variant gives a range of 542 km, and the Long-Range variant gives 656 km on a full charge.
Mahindra BE 6 is available in the following variants:

Pack One Above – ₹20.50 lakh
Pack Two – ₹21.90 lakh
Pack Three Select – ₹24.50 lakh
