About Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. is a Joint Venture company with equal equity participation from the Government of India and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. DMRC has been given the responsibility to implement the Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) in Delhi.
Known as the Lifeline of Delhi, DMRC takes pride in its strong and unique work culture, which helps in nurturing its employees. The corporation has a workforce of about 14,000 employees and its MRTS operations are spread across Delhi/NCR and several other cities in India and abroad.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (As on 01/06/2025)
Assistant Manager
Candidates should have relevant experience in bridge inspection, maintenance, or construction of bridges in Indian Railways, Metro Rail systems, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and should have worked in the required pay scale as mentioned in Section 2.2.
Candidates must be familiar with working in a computerized environment.
They should be clear from any Disciplinary and Vigilance cases (D&AR and Vigilance angle).
Additionally, candidates who are currently serving in Indian Railways, Metro Rail, or PSUs will also be considered eligible, provided they opt for retirement (via Voluntary Retirement Scheme [VRS] or otherwise) before joining DMRC.
Supervisor
Candidates who are currently working in or have retired from any government organization such as Indian Railways, Metro Rail organizations, or other government bodies, are eligible to apply.
They must have a minimum of 5 years of experience at a supervisory level in the operation and maintenance of track works and civil works in the Civil Engineering department.
Candidates should be familiar with working in a computerized environment.
They must be free from any Disciplinary & Vigilance issues (D&AR and Vigilance angle).
Additionally, candidates who are currently in regular service in a government organization, Railways, or Metro Rail will also be considered eligible, provided they choose to retire from service through Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) or any other mode before joining DMRC.
