Online applications are invited from Indian citizens who fulfil the following essential qualifications and other eligibility conditions as on 08.03.2025 for preparation of a panel for filling up of 241 vacancies for the post of Junior Court Assistant (Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted) placed in Level 6 of Pay Matrix with initial Basic Pay of Rs. 35,400/-. The approximate Gross Salary as per existing rate of allowances including HRA comes to Rs. 72,040/- per month (pre-revised pay scale PB-2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-). The number of vacancies is tentative and subject to change i.e. increase or decrease due to administrative reasons.

Relaxation in age will be admissible to SC/ST/OBC/differently abled /Ex-servicemen and dependents of Freedom Fighters as per extant Government Rules.
There will be no upper age limit for departmental candidates of the Registry of Supreme Court. However, no relaxation in age will be allowed to the candidates working in other Government departments.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree from Recognized University.
Computer Typing in English: Minimum speed 35 w.p.m.

How to Apply Online?
- Before applying online application candidates have to do some work like Scan Photograph, left thumb impression, signature, and Handwritten declaration.
Supreme Court of India has Junior Court Assistant post, candidates can apply from 05.02.2025 to 08.03.2025.
Go to the Supreme Court of India website https://www.sci.gov.in/. Click on “Recruitments > Link to submit online application form for the post of Junior Court Assistant”.
One page will open on the screen and on that screen, link has given click on that link.
After clicking on page will open click on “To Register”.
To register Application, enter Name, Contact Details and Email Id.
After that a provisional Registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
Candidates should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email and SMS Indicating the Provisional Registration Number and Password will also sent.
Candidate will have to login with registration number and password.
Candidates have to fill all details carefully, upload some important documents like Photo, signature, left thumb impression etc.
After that click for next and pay the processing fee through Debit card, Credit Card, Internet banking, IMPS, Cash Card/Mobile Wallet.
On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
Submit the application form and take printout for future reference.
Note: The candidates who qualify in the Objective Type Written Test and Objective Type Computer Knowledge Test will only be called for Typing Speed Test on Computer and Descriptive Test and those who qualify the said tests will be required to appear for an Interview before an Interview Board and qualify the Interview by securing minimum qualifying marks. Number of candidates to be called for Interview shall not exceed the ratio of 1:3 i.e. 3 candidates against 1 vacancy subject to availability of candidates who would be qualified on the basis of above Tests. After qualifying in prescribed tests and Interview, the selected candidates will be empanelled in the order of merit for appointment as Junior Court Assistant. The candidates may note that mere placement in panel does not confer any right on the candidates to claim appointment for the post of Junior Court Assistant. The Test will be conducted at 128 Test Centers in 28 States/Union Territory as per Annexure- ‘A’
