Educational Qualification
Senior Assistant (Official Language)
Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduation level.
OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the graduation level.
OR Master’s degree in any other subject, but with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects at the graduation level.
OR Master’s degree in any other subject, but Hindi and English were the medium of instruction at the graduation level (one as the medium, the other as a compulsory/optional subject).
OR Graduation with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects, or one as the medium of instruction and the other as a compulsory/optional subject, along with:
A recognized Diploma/Certificate in Hindi-English & English-Hindi translation
OR Two years’ translation experience (Hindi to English and vice versa) in a government office or reputed organization.
Proficiency in MS Office (Hindi).
Two years of relevant work experience in the required field.
Senior Assistant (Account)
Graduate, preferably B.Com. Must pass a Computer literacy test in MS Office.
Minimum two years of relevant work experience in the concerned field.
Senior Assistant (Electronics)
Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Radio Engineering.
Minimum two years of relevant work experience in the concerned field.
Junior Assistant (Fire Service)
10th Pass + 3-year regular Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Fire Engineering.
12th Pass (through regular study).
AGE as on 05.03.2028
Junior Executive: Maximum 30 Years
Relaxation in Age
Upper age Limit is relax able by:
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 03 Years
SC/ST candidates: 5 Years
PWBD candidates: 10 Years

Gen/OBC/EWS: RS 1000/-
Women/SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen and Apprenticeship who have completed 01 year Apprenticeship Training in AAI: No Application fee.
The payment can be made by using Debit cards, Credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, UPI etc.
How to Apply Online?
Before start of filling-up of application through online mode, the candidates should keep ready the following documents/details:
- Valid Email Id and mobile number for proper communication. It suggested to provide personal email id and mobile number.
Scan copy of recent passport size color Photograph (Not older than 3 month), signature.

- Candidates are first required to visit the official website of Airport Authority of India https://www.aai.aero/.
Click on the option “career”
In Recruitment page click on the option “Registration Link”.
Register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form.
- After that a provisional Registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
Candidate will have to login with registration number and password.
Candidates have to fill all details carefully and have to choose the trade also and upload some important documents like Photo, signature, left thumb impression etc.
After that click for next and pay the processing fee online.
After that submit the application form and take printout for future reference.
