AAI has released the notification for the recruitment of junior executive posts (Air Traffic Control). Tis vacancy special for the northern region candidates who having domicile of Chandigarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand. Educational Qualification
You can apply if you have any one of the following educational qualifications:
- B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) – Full Time, Regular
A 3-year degree in Science (B.Sc).
Must include Physics and Mathematics as subjects.
OR
- B.E./B.Tech (Bachelor of Engineering/Technology) – Full Time, Regular
Degree in any branch of Engineering.
But Physics and Mathematics should have been studied in at least one semester during the course.
English Proficiency Requirement
You must be able to speak and write English at the level of 10+2 (intermediate) standard.
You should have passed English as a subject either in 10th or 12th class.
Additional Notes:
Degree Must Be From:
A recognized or deemed university, OR
An apex institution like IIT, IIM, XLRI, TISS, etc., recognized by the Government of India.
Marks Requirement:
Just passing marks or equivalent is acceptable. No minimum percentage required.
If You Have These Degrees, You’re Eligible:
B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc. (Engineering) – these are valid when a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
Special Case – Departmental Candidates:
If you’re already working in the department and have a recognized degree (even from part-time, distance, or correspondence mode), you are eligible to apply.

How to Apply Online?
Before start of filling-up of application through online mode, the candidates should keep ready the following documents/details:
Valid Email Id and mobile number for proper communication. It suggested to provide personal email id and mobile number.
Scan copy of recent passport size color Photograph (Photo should be recent), signature, experience certificate, mark sheet, cast certificate etc.
Candidates visit the official website of AAI
Go to the Career-Recruitment- Employment Notification for the Direct Recruitment of Non-Executive.
Fill all the details and summit. After submitting a Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated. And same sent to the Candidates mail and SMS.
Candidates will have login with registration number and password.
Candidates have to fill all details carefully and upload some important documents like Photo, signature etc.
After submitting application, automatically redirect to payment page, click on the fee and pay the application fee and take print out the receipt.
After submitting the application, candidates take printout of the application for future reference.
Selection Process
Computer Based Test (CBT):
Test Requirement:
A Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for this post.
Admit Card:
Candidates who meet the eligibility as per their application will be provisionally called for the CBT.
Admit cards will be issued online.
You must regularly check the AAI website and your registered email ID (including spam/junk folder) for updates and admit card download link.
No Negative Marking:
There will be no negative marking for wrong answers in the CBT.
Syllabus:
The exam syllabus will be uploaded on the AAI website under the “Syllabus” section of Advertisement No: 02/2025/CHQ.
