What will be the Fitment Factor in 8th Pay Commission?

Many of media channel and news blogger talk about the fitment factor but no one knows exact about fitment factor. Everyday rumors about the fitment factor. If we talk about the reality then I want to tell you that many news bloggers who are posting news regarding fitment factor, but the reality is that they don’t know what the fitment factor is and how they are calculating the basic salary. One of the news channels wrote that this time fitment factor will be 1.92 of basic salary. But I want to clarify that to our users this time fitment factor may be same as previous and may be it can be changed to 3.0 or 3.64 but not going to decrease.

If this time fitment will same as 7th pay commission, then basic salary will be around RS 46260 per month and if it changed to 3.0 then basic salary will RS 54000 per month.

One thing I want to clarify to you is that when the 7th pay commission was implemented then employees and pensioner was not happy and they are demanding RS 24000 basic salary or RS 26000 per month basic salary then that time government told that this salary is for temporary we will again change it and we will talk again on this topic, but after that government has not talk about this again and now 7th pay commission is going to end by this year. Now tell me how fitment factor can change from 2.57 to 1.92. It will be same or may be change to 3.0. lets see what will happen.

If any real news will come from the government side, then I will update you regarding fitment factor.
